The Reset Password feature allows the employer to generate
a new password for a user(s) who can not recall their password. In this setting,
the button
must be selected so that the system can proceed to generate a new password. The
application then sends it to the unblocked users e-mail address. In the event
the user has been blocked out after more than three (3) failed attempts and does
not recall his/her password, it should be reset and subsequently unblocked
.
