New Hires Report

The New Hires Report is a report for the Employer Services Portal Administrator in which he/she may review the employees that have been registered through the Portal by selecting the range of dates.

The New Hires Report allows the Portal Administrator to become familiar with the total number of employee registries entered into the Portal.  It may also indicate the date ranges.  



Steps to follow:

1.  Enter the credentials to access the Portal.

2.  Select the New Hires tab. A general description of the services will appear.

3.  Select the New Hires Report option. The following screen will appear:

4.  Enter the From Date, the To Date, or both.

5.  Select the Generate Report  button.

It is not necessary to fill in both fields; you may fill in only the From Date  and the system will consider the To Date to be the date in which the report is being generated. Likewise you may fill in only the To Date  to obtain a new hires report up to the date designated.

This list presents the new hires entered during the specified period, grouping them by Employer. The report calculates the subtotal amount of new hires by each employer and the total number of employers that were reported. The report presents the following employee information:

§ Creation date, which indicates the date in which it was entered;

§ Social Security Number;

§ Name, which indicates the first name;

§ Initial, which indicates the first letter of the middle name;

§ Last Name;

§ Motherīs Maiden Name;

§ Mailing Address, which indicates the residential address;

§ City;

§ State;

§ Postal Code;

§ Hire Date, which indicates the date the employee was hired (mm/dd/yyyy); and

§ Health insurance which indicates if there is an employee medical plan.

6.  Select the print icon  to print the generated report. The report will be of standard legal size with a landscape layout.

The system provides the option to export the report to the following formats:

To do this you must first select the format followed by the  button as displayed in the image below
