Unblock
The Unblock feature allows Department of Labor and Human
Resources Administrators to unblock a user that has been blocked by the system
after three (3) failed password attempts. The DTRH Administrator needs only to
select the 
button.
When the user has not been unblocked this box will appear
blank.
